| Marc B. Osias, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is Chairman of the department of Urology at Montgomery Hospital. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the Urological Association of Pennsylvania, and the Philadelphia Urological Society. Dr. Osias has practiced in Norristown since 1980 and has served as President of the Medical Staff, Chairman of the Executive Committee and as a Hospital Board member. Dr. Osias completed his B.S. at Muhlenberg College, graduating magna cum laude, and his medical degree at Yale Medical School. He then completed his general surgery training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York, and his urology residency and research fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital. He has published articles in the Journal of Urology and the Journal of Trauma.
His special clinical interests are the medical and endoscopic management of kidney stone disease, treatment of erectile dysfunction and prostate diseases, and is certified in ESWL(Shock Wave treatment of kidney stones) and laser therapies for various urological diseases.
