Academic Urology Physicians Named Top Docs by Peers

Based on the votes of fellow doctors, nine physicians at Academic Urology have been named Top Docs by Main Line Today Magazine in its 2015 listing of the region’s best physicians.

The list appears in the magazine’s December issue.

Donald Anderson, MD was named as the #1 urologist by the magazine, and he is joined by his Academic Urology colleagues Leigh Bergmann, MD; Kenneth Collins, MD; George Dakwar, MD; Kenneth Fitzpatrick, MD; David McGinnis, MD; William Merriam, MD; Matt Soroush, MD; and Ilia Zeltser, MD.

Also included in the list is Lawrence Scharf, MD, a radiation oncologist at the Academic Urology Prostate Center in King of Prussia.

The Top Docs are identified by votes of physicians licensed in Pennsylvania. Physicians are not able to vote for themselves. Academic Urology includes 25 urologists who see patients at 15 office locations throughout the Delaware Valley.
