Pankaj Kalra, M.D. graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in electrical engineering and recieved his M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia.
Dr. Kalra completed his surgical internship and urology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He subsequently completed a fellowship in minimally invasive urologic oncology at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Kalra is the Director of Robotic Surgery at Phoenixville Hospital, and is one of the first surgeons to perform robotic prostatectomy in the region. He performed 50 of these procedures within the past year, and is a certified instructor in robotic surgery for Intuitive Surgical, Inc. Dr. Kalra recently joined Tri County Urologic in August, 2005.
